Need your order processed sooner?

For just $3.99, you can add Priority Processing (Skip the Line) during checkout.

Priority Processing moves your order to the front of our fulfillment queue, allowing it to be packed and dispatched before standard orders whenever possible.

Please note: Priority Processing speeds up the handling of your order before shipment. It does not change the shipping carrier or reduce the transit time once your package has been dispatched.


When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery times listed above begin.

During holidays, product launches, or periods of exceptionally high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Shipping Delays

While the vast majority of orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, occasional delays can occur due to customs, weather, local courier disruptions, or other factors outside our control.

If your tracking hasn't updated for a few days, don't worry—this is normal and your package is usually still on its way.

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to assist you.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your purchase.

We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been processed for shipment. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Returns

If you decide your purchase isn't right for you, you're covered by our 30-day return policy.

Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you no longer wish to keep your items after delivery, you may initiate a return in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
